I practiced psychiatry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 1979 to 2005. I developed programs for the treatment of eating disorders and the treatment of adolescent substance use disorders.
Since 2005, I have practiced in Fort Worth, Texas. I served as the psychiatric consultant to the Lena Pope Home from 2005 to 2010.
The practice of the Department of Psychiatry of Massachusetts General Hospital is the standard I strive to maintain in my practice with the work ethic of my grandfathers, Anthony Machi, Founder of Tony Machi Produce, and Salvatore Orlando.
I attempt to care for my patients and supports their families as best as I can consistent with the modern version of the Hippocratic Oath as composed by Louis C. Lasagna, M.D. in 1964.
